Music from beating hearts " Karczmarze is a Polish band playing stylized border folk music, incl. Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia. They also perform Hungarian, Balkan and Klezmer melodies. The band was founded by three professional musicians: Tomasz Pisaniak, Łukasz Cycak and Tomasz Pyzik in Rzeszów in 2006. A little later, in 2011, the cymbalist / guitarist Stanisław Tadla joined permanently. The name of the band comes from the song Karczmareczka, which they have in their arrangements. The interest in folk music began in the Połoniny Song and Dance Ensemble located at the Rzeszów University of Technology, where musicians could get infected with this music together. An additional aspect that contributed to the arrangement of our neighbors' works were international trips where they could learn about their tradition and culture. The band's achievements include 3 studio albums bearing the titles: - Pogranicze from 2008 - Zahrajte from 2009 - a unique album with pastorals called Chojka from 2010 - Tractor from 2016. With his music and the sound of natural instruments, he creates unique, energetic, stylized folk music that attracts both younger and older listeners. The current line-up of the ensemble: * Stanisław Tadla - Rzeszów cymbals and acoustic guitar He became permanently associated with the ensemble in 2011. The man who spends the most time in the ensemble to tune his instrument (cymbals have 118 strings). Many musicians may envy him the techniques of playing the dulcimer and guitar. The characteristic timbre of the vocals makes the name Tadla memorable for many people. * Łukasz Cycak - double bass Quite calm, kind of shy, but if necessary, he can not only jerk the biggest instrument in the band. The only one in the team. Usually he arranges everything and organizes concerts. On a daily basis, he likes to race his motorcycle and the energy that will be used for him is used on the football field. One of the co-founders of the band. * Tomasz Pyzik - violin In a word, he is a flesh and blood artist in every respect. He's just playing with the violin. His original way of being and a great sense of humor make being in his company almost perfect. Great animal lover. He loves to play football on a daily basis. One of the co-founders of the band. * Tomasz Pisaniak - button accordion He is known for his charismatic vocal, which blends in perfectly with folk music. In addition, he is also fluent in using the power of his button. He has a slightly unconventional way of being, thanks to which he attracts people, and with his extraordinary smile he is able to infect everyone. One of the co-founders of the band. * Szymon Tadla - Hungarian / Rzeszów cymbals He was born on January 28, 1999 and is the youngest in the group. He develops skills in the violin class on a daily basis. His second passion is cymbals, thanks to which he has been a laureate of many competitions. He is also a multi-instrumentalist and is no stranger to other instruments. Apart from music, he is interested in nature. * Monika Konieczny - Drobna violin, seemingly calm "raisin" of the innkeepers. A graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology in the field of Construction and the Secondary State Music School in Rzeszów in the vocal class. Thanks to family music-making traditions, its heart is full of indigenous music from the Rzeszów region. Collaboration with many bands, participation in numerous concerts made him feel like a fish in water on stage. Always smiling and organized, she often saves boys from "oppression" with her feminine hand. Her aggressive look can put the male part of the team on standby.
